The tools behind the book.

Pay Differently argues that compensation programs were designed to be defensible in a boardroom, not explained to an employee — and that transparency has put every shortcut in daylight. Part One diagnoses what broke. Part Two lays out the modern playbook.

This site holds the working materials behind Part Two: frameworks, templates, checklists, and worked examples referenced in the chapters. Enter your email and you're in. New items are added as they're ready.
